Deployments terms
Version 2026-10-27. You accept these in AIH (Settings > Deployments) before you publish. If they change, AIH asks you to accept the new version before your next deploy.
What Deployments is
Deployments publishes a folder of static files (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images) from AIH to a public address, name.aihapps.com, so you can share what you built. It is a free preview service: a site goes offline 7 days after its last deploy, and the limits shown in the app apply.
Who can use it
- You sign in with your own GitHub account, which must be at least 30 days old. One person per account.
- You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, and allowed to use the service under the laws that apply to you.
What you may not publish
- Pages that collect passwords, card numbers, bank details, wallet keys or recovery phrases for a site or service that is not yours (phishing).
- Pages that pretend to be a real company, bank, government, brand or person, or that could reasonably be mistaken for them.
- Scams: fake investments, crypto or giveaway schemes, fake tech support, fake shops.
- Malware, cryptominers, forced or disguised downloads, or code that attacks visitors or other services.
- Sexual content involving minors, intimate images shared without consent, or anything illegal where you or your visitors are.
- Content that threatens, harasses or exposes private information about real people, or promotes violence or hatred against groups.
- Spam, or pages made only to game search engines or redirect visitors elsewhere.
- Content you do not have the right to publish, such as someone else’s copyrighted work or trademarks used to mislead.
Login, sign-up and checkout screens for your own app, prototypes and demos are fine.
Your content
What you publish stays yours. You are responsible for it and for having the right to publish it. You let us store it, copy it and serve it to visitors for as long as the site is online, which is all we use it for.
Review and removal
- Every deploy is checked automatically when you publish it, and published sites are reviewed again by automated systems, including AI models that read the site’s pages. Sites they flag are looked at by a person.
- We may hold a deploy, take a site down or close an account at any time, without notice, if we believe it breaks these terms, the law, or puts visitors at risk. A site that is taken down cannot be updated or removed by its owner.
- We may share information with the authorities or with a company a site impersonates when the law requires it or to stop harm.
Reporting a site
To report a site, write to jeremy@aih.sh with its address. If you believe your site was taken down by mistake, write to the same address.
What we keep
Your GitHub account id and username, the files of your sites, when you deployed, and when you accepted these terms. We never get access to your repositories. Sites set no cookies; Cloudflare, which runs the service, processes visitors’ requests to serve them.
No warranty
The service is free and provided as it is, without any warranty. It may change, be interrupted or end, and sites may be lost, so keep your own copy of anything you publish. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss caused by using it or by its absence.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version date at the top changes, and AIH asks you to accept the new version before your next deploy. Sites already online stay online meanwhile.
